At our store, we soak the meat in our original ``dashi'' soba soup.

Please enjoy the following steps:

1. Add plenty of exposed onion to the hot soba soup,

2. Mix yuzu and pepper according to your taste,

3. Drop the sliced garlic into the boiling water in the iron pot.

Pinch the black pork shabu meat with chopsticks and dip it into the hot water 2-3 times.

When the meat turns white, dip it in the soba soup and enjoy.
